and then AND THEN the manager made fun of the girl for crying after he fired her. the manager that fired her kept making fun of her.

TO FIRE HER. he fired her bc she "was always late". my boss fired this woman who needed this job. this loyal woman who was more hardworking than half of the people up here. I didn't even know her but I know why she needed the job. TELL ME WHY she got fired but the driver who was out for 2 weeks bc

THEN! the manager on duty was getting pissed bc he drove one of the servers to quit and we were already understaffed. so he goes to my boss and starts complaining about her being stuck on the road without gas, telling him that she was probably doing drugs or smth. so my boss gave him the permission

this girl would work her ass off, she would cover people's shifts, swap shifts with people, she would basically take any shift if you weren't up for it. she rlly needed the money. she has this bigass truck that takes diesel and today she got stuck on the side of the road in the rain without gas

there's this one girl that got hired to be a delivery driver, she had recently had her house broken into and a bunch of stuff got stolen. she had a bunch of sentimental items taken and all this buncha stuff. she was rlly just trying to get on her feet to avoid living with her parents again type beat

anyways we're having a pretty high turnover for all workers rn except managers ofc, and half of the reason why is bc these two managers rlly just love to run people off. idk if they just get adrenaline from pissing people off but it's made it to where you walk on eggshells just by existing
