Good morning. The sun is shining and the skies are blue, there’s been tea and coffee, and washing on the line. I’m off to that there London for the day. A bit of culture and wandering.

Good morning. It’s a grey start to the day here but no rain. Breakfast has been had and tea consumed.
Oh that’s interesting, in French it’s much more regular, although this week I did have “you stood on my spider” which is not a sentence I would expect to need all that often.
Try Norwegian, that’s got some very dark stuff. Quite a lot of murdering
Monsal Trail in Derbyshire. Irregular top line of a dry stone wall in the fore front straggly grass and moss in amongst the mud. Above the wall a bright blue slash of sky between full cloud coverage like a blanket thrown down.
Australia Rock in Narooma, NSW. The creamy grey of the stone almost hidden in the glare of a bright sun. Behind and through the space in the stone is a blue sky with horizontal clouds

I could happily eat it all. It’s my favourite.
A glass baking dish filled with bread and fruit and an egg custard waiting to be baked. The most delicious of desserts Bread and Butter pudding. Allegedly you’re supposed to serve it warm but for me it’s so much better if cooked and then left to go cold. Served with some extra cream. This is not a healthy option for dessert.
I’m off away for the weekend but before I leave I’ve made a bread and butter pudding for mum and her lunch guests
Haha! I wasn’t but I had just booked flights … perhaps the mere suggestion that I would be nearby was enough. I’m very sorry for being such a bad charm. Plan to be careful in July!

Crikey! What a kerfuffle. Very glad that you are on the mend.
I’ve come out in the sunshine to get my hair done. It’s been a while and is well overdue some attention.
Although I realise that makes me sound like I think about having an STI - this is not something I think about 🙈🙈
Haha you need to manifest it by thinking about it a lot
To be fair I’ve had weirder. My brain is a curious place. I woke and it made me laugh.
Last night I dreamt I had an STI. I was taking photos and sharing them with everyone I met. I’m not sure what this says about me. It’s a very unlikely situation for all sorts of reasons.
Good morning. Washing in the machine in the hope that the slightly threatening grey skies don’t empty themselves of rain later. The tea is flowing. Have a good day if you possibly can.
Well done 😊. I had a lay-in instead 😉
A playing field with excessive muddy water laying over a large part of the grass.
Sadly no #parkrun this morning because we’re suffering with the rain still and standing water on the field.
Happy Birthday 🥳 x
It’s been a long arsed winter with permanently grey skies. The sunshine is so welcome.
That day of sunshine is well overdue isn’t it?
Friend’s brother does gardening & maintenance, he’s coming to clean my gutters this afternoon. That’s an exciting turn for the day which wasn’t anticipated.
Good morning, had a bit of a lay-in this morning. I’ve no plans for today at all so I’m wondering if I should use that time to do absolutely nothing or I should get some things done around the house or even the garden. More tea first.
A wooden window box under a white window frame is filled with green leaves and yellow narcissus are nodding their heads towards spring
The window box outside my window is starting to burst into life. Nice blue skies reflected in the window too.
Good morning. Tea being drunk, the skies are grey but hopefully there won’t be too much rain in the clouds. My granddaughter is 7 today, those years have passed very quickly. She’s a delight.
Absolutely excellent improv show with the addition of Mike McShane and Yshani Perinpanayagam. Excellent audience participation & Michael who went up on stage making me cry with laughter.
First half has been excellent

Yes I’m all good. House just feels a bit empty. I’ll be fine tomorrow ☺️
