Computer said atrial flutter, normal QT and nonspecific ST. But it’s sinus tach, long QT vs QU, and ST depression that looks like hypokalemia. Potassium was 1.8, from thyrotoxic hypokalemic periodic paralysis. Motor weakness resolved with potassium correction
