Yeah, the real switch is when we trust the swarm of junior devs we can sick at a problem to check each others’ work enough that we don’t really need to keep an eye on it ourselves.
We’re very quickly getting to an environment where an AI can do the spec, code, and review itself to surface something we’d pay a junior dev to do.
