Democrats should reintroduce War Powers Resolution ASAP in Congress. Could at least force Republicans to explain why they're not open to putting any limitations at all on a megalomaniacal war leader.
Unbelievable that in a #democracy, a single person - who has no clue what he is doing ("Don't Know Doctrine") - is able to launch a war, and possible the countdown to World War 3, without any democratic institution putting limits to such power! From this perspective the #USA is a failed state.
