This is my day. But the call is at 3pm!
Today I’ll be mostly eating creme egg scotch eggs
Food is food. It’s not better or worse at certain times of the day. Personally I find it absolutely ridiculous that I’m expected to eat the lowest calorie meal of the day, when I need the most energy.
Why? If I have two chocolates after my dinner, they are no better or worse for me than the two you ate before breakfast!
My issue is that I never really have goals. So I go out for runs, I go to the gym, etc, but I don’t massively push myself. I’m often guilty of just going through the motions. And then eating like I’ve sprinted a marathon 🤭
Bargaining never works! I should also say that I’m super weak, chubby and slow. 😆
Just remind yourself, something is better than nothing, and don’t compare yourself now to then. Focus on the things you enjoy, and try to make it a habit. If I miss a planned day, there’s a fair to middling chance I’m never going again 😆

Also, don’t underestimate walking. All movement counts and a daily walk with a good podcast or audiobook is fantastic exercise that’s easy to fit it
Honestly my best tips are find something you enjoy, a way you like doing it and a time that suits you. Get to know yourself. I like to run. But I can’t do it with other people, and I can’t do it after 3pm!
But then I can’t do the same thing every day until the box runs out. I hate the very principle of cereal.
I always go big.
It’s that day when I have to either commit to a tiny bowl of cereal for two days. Or a giant bowl of cereal today.
So much exercise this week. So I’m going to spend this afternoon eating biscuits. #balance
