Seen a few jobs here for The Cairngorm National Park 🧐🤓☺️

Managed to get one of my pupils interested in the young rangers scheme here. We are right on Cairngorm National Park doorstep. ☺️

Supporting the social posts I see but won’t be coming to America for a while. Hope you and family are all good. X

Loved the rangers talks, visitors centre and still have an old National Park Passport that you collected stamps for 🤓.

Honestly, fancied a big national park trip, like I did with my family when young, not now. Not in Trump times.

Social subjects is geography, history and modern studies (which is politics and social issues)

It is as part of social subjects in s1-s2 (11-14) S3 upwards they choose subjects.

I teach secondary school in Scotland so that’s anything from age 11 to 18. Hadley/ Ferrel and Polar cell are for the 16+ pupils.

At uni they assumed I’d studied this at school, I hadn’t & I struggled to make sense of it. With fun resources like pop up diagrams and/ or balloons I see the joy it brings. Plus making it make sense for others makes me happy. 🙂
