Yes, I'm religious. I believe in the Holy Trinity.
And, as usual, HE isn't there.
And look who's sitting on an amp!
Screengrab of my phone. The music app plays Kings of medicine by Placebo.
Guten Morgen.

All right, all right. I forgive you. π
This joke had its time, but that time is now over.
Thank you.
That joke isn't funny anymore.

Gute Nacht. π
Hermannsdenkmal in Detmold, Germany.
Since I live in Bielefeld it should be Hermann a/k/a Arminius who fought against the Romans somewhere in the Teutoburg Forest. Nobody knows where exactly, but there is a nice monument in Detmold, not far from here.
Big companies have canteens, smaller companies (like the one I work for) usually provide a room where you can eat, so that you don't have to eat at your desk/workplace. In my case we can also use kettles, refrigerators and microwave ovens. My employer also provides coffee, tea and cookies. π

True. But it is sad that the effing N*zis come to mind first.
I think most Germans do. Usually I only eat sandwiches for lunch and have a warm meal for dinner. About twice a week I get a warm lunch delivered - and then it's sandwiches only for dinner, which is a classic. We call dinner "Abendbrot" (literally 'evening bread').
Same here. π
Hermann the German! π
Licences can get revoked... Use it wisely.
Yours wasn't too bad for someone who doesn't speak the language.
It's amazing how they can make one smile no matter what. To me it's not just music, it's happiness/positivity coming off the speakers.
I hope the rest of your day went better.
Glad if I could help.
