Depends on how well established your strawberry patch was but I assume you might be ok if the roots are still intact? (I’ve planted some bare root strawberries before in the winter and they came up strong despite not having much to them this time of year)

This year I have made a point to get my butt out in the cold and take a dedicated walk for at least 30 minutes each day and and get some winter sun on my face. Has sincerely helped my SAD.
