Florida residential neighborhood designs are a fever dream.

Hot take:

Central Park should have been placed on the Hudson River.

Of course people feel isolated.

Just look at the places we live now.

Now this is a great residential neighborhood.

It shouldn’t be so difficult to build something like this is the US.

Rural cosplay is a thing.

Density is good.

Crazy…

This design was just one lane away from solving traffic.

The Eiffel Tower if it were built in Southern California.

I love post modern architecture and I’m tired of hiding it.

Wouldn’t mind seeing these built again

Imagine being in debt for 30 years to live in a house that looks like this.

This is Manhattan in 1882

We’re fortunate that single-family zoning didn’t exist back then, allowing them to build the great city of New York.

The cars take up way more space…

And carry way less people.

The materials, the scale, the narrow roads, the focus on walkability, we had it all.

The abundance movement should look to the past to take inspiration.

Neon signs are great and beautiful and really add something special to a night street.

My time in China and traveling around to Japan, really opened my eyes to this aesthetic.

I love Chicago, but part of me wishes Burnham’s 1906 plan for the city came true. Truly would be the Paris on the prairie.

We perfected the elegant row house neighborhood.

Every American should have one of these in walking distance from their home.
