Now they are nesting in wild not all the knepp offspring get ringed
Knepp birds all have blue rings starting GB, cove valley yellow CV, and Dayshul Brake two white numbers on blue (all UK schemes I have details for)
But picture shows a great egret - correlation busted...
Was even madder, as 24 were also at blagdon, two miles from chew; and camel flock ended up being 92 (91 of which were presumably over the Dart later)

But potentially widens the gene pool, as they are likely to have fathered most of the other cubs
Maybe because trophy hunting isn't actually threatening the survival of species, unlike numerous other factors such as overpopulation...
Hanging around humans is generally a very good way of avoiding natural predators, unfortunately the same can't be said for cats and dogs
