FTC drops case against Pepsi alleging price discrimination The U.S. Federal Trade Commission on Thursday dropped its case accusing PepsiCo of price discrimination that favored Walmart , and criticized former Chair Lina Khan for rushing the case out.

Donald Trump and the FTC just gave Pepsi the green light to charge corner stores higher prices than big retailers like Walmart.

That means higher costs for small businesses and working families across the country.
