Those look delicious! I make Jammy tomatoes. Grape or cherry tomatoes, hit them with some olive oil and kosher salt on a parchment lined sheet. 300' until the start to collapse and caramelize. Yummy on a toasted sourdough muffin, as a sandwich spread, in a baked potato, on eggs.. oh my.
