#WestEndEagles female & Lee, the 4-year-old sub-adult from the Seal Rocks nest were in full tilt courtship all day long. We can only guess what they were up to while the cameras were down, but today looked promising.

When the #WestEndEagles cameras came on after being down for 2 weeks, there was a new male. Lee/D29 is a 2022 hatch from Seal Rocks nest. Same female is still there. What happens next? Only the eagles know for sure.

When Jackie called Shadow, he was quick to respond. Turned out to be a mating call. Having taken care of business, Jackie returned to the nest to await her fish brunch, which Shadow also provided. Quite the power couple.
