In 1892, Holywell's founder, Harry Burrows, started publishing 'ISIS', a popular University of Oxford magazine. Holywell printed the ISIS for over 60 years until, in 1946, the title was sold to University Newspapers Ltd for £200.

We were delighted to host the Haddenham u3a Technical Group yesterday for a session that explored the history of printing and current printing techniques. The group of mainly retired engineers enjoyed a factory tour where they were able to see our digital and litho presses in full swing.
Good books never grow old... but sometimes they need updating. That's what we helped Blewbury Local History Group do recently with 'Blewbury - 100 Years of Photographs'. With the first edition published in 1979, we could update the content and improve the quality of some of the photographs too.
