Well. PhD Conference over now and we have our last two prize-winning presentations! Congrats to Tom Gale from SOS for best Y2 poster and speed talk (Non-breeding season habitat selection of European Shags in tidal stream
environments)!

+ of course prizes for best Y2 poster (Khalid Bukhari, SOS) and best Y3 talk (Sijing Shen, SOS). congrats to them both!

+ lots of thoughts on how to get a lectureship from the Hiring Committee Panel - Senior college and school staff with combined experience of sitting on more than 160 hiring committees! +
