She says she is remorseful now, cause she wants out of prison. Total BS. I would suggest that instead of letting her out, just cut her sentence from 9 years to about 4 or 5. Shows done clemency, but we know she has to do some time.

Could @colorado.gov offer clemency by reducing her sentence by a few years but leave her in prison until the next presidential election is complete? Seems like that could satisfy his supposed concerns about the harsh sentencing while also keeping her away from election, ie “scene of her crime”.

Her lawyer said she has remorse that she didn’t get away with it, remorse that she got caught. She has no remorse about her criminal acts and if Polis pardons or commutes her sentence before the midterms he is knowingly freeing her to help criminally meddle in Colorado elections again.
