I have always been fascinated by the US, and I finally obtained my US citizenship, living in beautiful San Diego for over a decade. Since the first time people elected The Orange Pile of Shit, I have realized what an idiot I am. What was I thinking?
It is a total lie. Talked today with someone, the only thing that has been limited is the gas at pumps. The prices are not up, people are going about their lives as they used to do. They are at the roof tops watching fire works, as Americans deliberately targeting the oil storage tanks.
