While I am all for protesting, what people should be doing is breaking these large groups into brigades to track, block, and prevent ICE from doing any more harm. Time for 2A and Castle Law, because protests aren't going to stop ICE, especially since 7 Dems just helped approve their fundung.

Currently writing a mystery where I've decided to make the MC one of my favorite background god-like characters who pops up throughout my series. He is tricky to write because he has a lot of other-worldly features and tech in an otherwise normal setting.

During all the lamenting I had been doing (basically being uber lazy) about the effort it takes to continually manage & produce long, complex stories, I'd forgotten how much I love these characters & want them to exist. I love getting absorbed into my own #writing. #amwriting #writingcommunity

I have the itch to write or create, but lately every time I try to get back into it ... I just can't find the will to care enough to put in the effort, and then get depressed and go back to doomscrolling. It always comes back to lack of readers.

That's the dream right there. I don't need fortune, I just need that.

I don't know how people like white bread. It usually just tastes like paper. Like, I prefer it for things like pb&j, but in general, no.

I forgot to buy my multigrain bread and stuck with my wife's/kid's (they love it) white bread for work lunch, and it is just ... disappointing.

It is difficult not giving xmas gifts the moment you buy them. What do you mean I have to wait 2 whole months? Ughhhh.

I am sad about losing Threads. The comradery I found there with its writing community was unlike any I had found on any other social media platform. Minus the algorithm hiding our content. It just doesn't feel the same anywhere else.

And this isn't a rare occassion this is like an every day thing.

We know it is going to happen every time no matter how we try, yet there is nothing we can do about it.
