You WILL improve!! You are still very early on your sabering career! A tip i can give that really helped me is try out those tough maps from start to end, even if you fail, its a huge motivator to have a tough goal like that and as you get better, youll get further on it!

Im a bit biased for sure, and you can run into some trolls, but after almost 4 years i couldnt see my life without it at this point! My main issue is never knowing *what* to play, so having people send in whatever is new is a big help for me in that aspect!

Ah yeah i get that.. I stream it reguarly myself and can certainly vouch for the fact that despite the game being less popular overall these days, the community is pretty close knit! If you had any urge to pick up streaming, I would highly recommend it!

Sometimes it helps to find a song you really really like, that you cant beat yet, so you have the motivation to get better so you can pass (and maybe eventually full combo) said map! ദ്ദി ૮˶´ ᵕˋ ˶ა

Beat saber and VRChat are my go-tos! Theres plenty of other vr experiences like Skyrim, Minecraft, Half Life Alyx, Audio Trip, Dance dash, Synth Riders, Pavlov VR, Ghosts of Tabor.. so on and so forth!

Believe it or not, stamina is the first thing that goes when you take a break!!

Ive seen many friends take a more a 3 week break who can no longer get through a map without pausing even though they used to be able to full combo

The ability comes back quick though so dont get too discouraged! 💖

My recommendation is look for any maps with "Accsaber", "Accuracy" or "Acc" specifically mentioned, those maps will almost always be relatively simple/slower as they are played by people wantin to get as close to perfect scores as possible!

If it makes you feel any better, 99% of players feel the same way (even those who are in the top 1000s) 😭

People who prefer to get as high a % as possible!

Theres plenty of nuance in how maps are made and the skillsets people find easier or tougher, but Acc and Accuracy maps will generally be my go-to for anyone in their first few hundreds of hours to get the feel of the game and all it has to offer!!

That being said, theres a treasure trove of maps over the years, but tough to dig through efficiently;

VR overall is pretty niche these days, but Beat Saber has been slowly getting smaller pretty much since Covid sadly

With that said, many of the people nowadays are *on average* getting better at the game and clearly want to stick around, therefore the average difficulty of map goes up and up (1/3)

Added an e patch to Siri and it estrogenuinely makes me so happy 😭
