That makes sense🤔. Given it's appearance in Wacky Workbench's past, maybe she was an old Goddess that fell from relevancy.

In terms of the race: the goddess has wings which could suggest she's a fairy. If the natives were too, that would make sense given LP's once-a-year appearance + short lives.
