On my gardening journey, I noticed a peculiar pattern - so much so that it led to an inside joke with my husband.
Often after looking up a new plant, this conversation happens:
Me: oh no.
Husband: is it invasive?
Me: yup. But guess what?
Husband: we can eat it?
Me: yes, we can eat it.
