I'm sorry to hear that! It is def an intense one / not to be taken lightly. unfortunately with my cancer situation I can't play around with things as much as I'd like

lots of immunomodulator trials these days e.g. low dose rapamycin, but hard to know what to try without better data!

I was also on this call - one issue from my experience reading LC Reddit and other sites is that some people don't seem to know the difference between PEM and other types of fatigue (from POTS for instance). Wondering if the same is at play here/what screening questions were used
