Tonight, on a whim, I stopped by Barnes & Noble on the way home from work. I grabbed a few books off the bestseller shelf, took them home and have been reading all night. Oh. My god. I forgot I love reading? I used to read all the time as a kid??? Why did I ever stop?????

I don't know how they're going to spin this like they tried to spin the death of Renee Good, but I know what I saw with my own eyes.
I watched the video of the man being murdered by ICE. He was trying to help a woman who an ICE agent had shoved to the ground. For this he was pepper sprayed, dogpiled, pistol whipped, and executed in the street.
He's directing traffic. He steps inbetween ICE and two women who are being harrassed by them (one of whom was shoved to the ground for no reason), raises his hands and turns away from them and says "Okay! Okay!" to indicate he isn't going to be aggressive, at which point they start with pepper spray

I am watching what is happening in Minneapolis on Ali Velshi and one of the ICE officers (off camera) literally says, “It’s like Call of Duty. Pretty cool huh?” as they shoot whatever it is they are shooting. Agents walking around, guns unholstered for no reason. This is insanity
As tens of thousands across America protest the violence that ICE sows with impunity, federal agents shot and killed another person in Minneapolis today. ICE terrorizes our cities. ICE puts us all in danger. Abolish ICE.
