i think for the majority of my characters, the most important moral value is kindness.

the reactions to seeing someone being pointlessly cruel varies between characters, and the setting, and context of the situation, but it will generally be a big "fuck you" to whomever is being cruel

sometimes the OCs were created as a pair/group for story reasons, or a new OC's story merges with an older OC's. sometimes the OCs just happen to exist/get placed within the same setting because they fit there.

and sometimes it's just a case of "wouldn't it be funny if these two met"

i feel you! i take dnd notes by hand, but i need the notebook to fit the character and/or the campaign visually! for the most recent campaign i really couldn't find one (that wasn't super expensive), and in the end i got one with blank covers and decorated it myself, with painting and stickers

this sounds really fun, and i would love to do it...however, my main OCs would be my pile of dnd characters, and drawing 25-ish characters with varying levels of complicated designs is a very daunting task i fear i would never finish 😩

my friend and i played a pair of twins in a previous dnd campaign; Nothing and Nowhere. they're menaces to society, but as pranksters they're fairly harmless.
...tho you might want to keep any knives away from Nowhere, or hope their boyfriend, Chivalry, is there to provide some common sense
