Fantastic #parkrun at Vicar Water County Park this morning with my friend Peter. Luckily, what goes up must come down! The gorse was amazing and smelled of coconuts, perfect running weather (bright, dry and cool), and fabulous views from the top of the hill! #LoveParkrun #dfyb

They have at least one player with a disability this year (who has said it publicly) and maybe there are others who haven’t. Perhaps they’re simply trying to make the playing field a bit more fair for the abilities of the players.

At the end of my run it’s almost dark but not quite at 5pm!

Start and end of the first run for two weeks. Good to get most of it done in daylight and that will only improve! Enjoyed some speed work even though it wasn’t very speedy. Found a flat-ish route near work with no roads which looks like it’ll work well for these sessions. #ukrunchat #garminplan

Run directing at the beautiful Foots Cray Meadows this morning. Fab team of vols saw 90 runners safely out and home. Last time I was there was the big storm at the start of December, so it may have been cold today but at least we stayed dry! Got to give gorgeous George 🐶 some treats ♥️ #loveparkrun

Weirdly my iPlayer shows that I’ve watched two episodes of S1 NZ but I have no recollection so will start again. I do like a plot twist!

No! I haven’t see any NZ yet. I finished S1 of the US one which was great so might move to NZ!
