Looks like they wish to challenge Prof Lengβs interpretation of evidence
mededpublish.org/articles/15-20. @trishgreenhalgh.bsky.social I think these authors need a lightbulb too

Please help spread the word.

Unbelievable. 18 months after the exam sitting in question, the RCP have released this β¬οΈ
Itβs a bit of a pattern, following the PA fiasco: RCP London finding yet another way to screw their own trainees.

Iβm not going to leave X just yet - I hate that sense of being driven away from a place I used to love. But after one day on here, I already know how much prefer it.
So if you see this and would be kind enough to share it to let people find me, that would be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

My big memory of Lossie was riding in a Thunderbirds 2 βplaneβ down a zip wireπ
They would need to go and get an actual degree in medicine to get the correct foundation, then the necessary FY and GPST jobs. It is a complex area, and the existing idea of PAs being βgeneralistsβ is at a basic level, not commensurate with being a trained GP
Irish equivalent of the GMC says itβs not the appropriate regulator for anyone other than Doctors
GMC had the same view in 2014 as the UK βIndependentβ Regulator of Doctors
However it was βpersuadedβ by UK Govts not long after Charlie Massey joined in 2016 π€
