Hotels and airports are made by people who have never used either. Hotels should have: labelled lights, sockets beside the bed, a bin in each room (bedroom/bathroom), tissues, more pillows, a suitcase rack WITH (and I can’t stress this enough) ROOM TO UNPACK ONTO! Curtains that close.
