For instance, before you can arrest dictators that have conducted a coup, you'll need to take care of all of all the armed and armored goons they've got. Thing is, they tend to be in uniforms, carry badges, etc. 🤷

No, you guys tend to let the low hanging fruit go too. All those police who shoot people and get put on desk duty is another good example. You guys have this cultural blind-spot when it comes to arresting people with badges, in military uniforms, or in government.

Don't forget to include everyone on down the line to the people pulling the trigger. Remember, "I was just following orders," is not a viable defense.
