It 100% wasn’t an oversight. The more and more I hear and see about this, the more I think she and moony are really fucking nasty, calculating people. I would bet money they have some new iteration of their secret bullying server, and that some other bigger names in the fandom are part of it

I distinctly remember seeing a reply of hers on tumblr back when she did her “apology” about how she “isn’t associated with that person anymore” and I’m pretty sure she’s since removed that. She also went back and removed a lot of her Reddit history where she said nasty things about people’s fics
