(just to clarify, roughly chop the vegetables, fry the onions & carrots in a bit of oil, make sure the beans are precooked unless they're lentils, and be sure to salt to taste at the end). With slight changes becomes curry or minestrone or stew or whatever)
Onion, carrots and gold (or any) potatoes can become hundreds of meals. I like : in big pot cook onion and carrots til soft, add beans, potatoes, water and spices (curry is good), cook til potatoes are done. Eat with rice or Optionally add rice and cook on low til done. Makes lots of leftovers.

Yeah, the dremel attachment looks like this. Less good at straight cuts but you can set up guides. Wouldnt necessarily get a dremel over a jigsaw just to use it unless you wanted one, but it does some things a jigsaw doesn't.
Other option if by chance you already have a Dremel you could also try a cutter attachment that turns it kinda into a mini router.
Circular saw would be a bit cleaner, but I think jigsaw makes a lot of sense, usually not the absolute optimal choice especially for like furniture, but they kinda do everything else well.
Playing chess a bit more recently, passed 1400 on chess.com today. I think I've been here for a while, just cleaned up some of the more egregious mistakes lately.

There are a lot of good mug-top pourover makers I like (hario V60 and related) that would be the same as the chemex but no real risk of breaking. Otherwise I do like espresso but that's a whole different conversation

Got a kayak and took it out on lake washinton. Had a great time but definitely havent developed the strength to go far yet. Hopefully will be able to do some kayak exclusive camping next summer!

Another couple watercolors.
Abbreviated the fort a little bit. Trees aren't perfect but i dont hate them. The arches paper (on the left) is really nice for doing wet-on-wet skies, you can actually rework it a bit.
