Good morning, #5amwritersclub. Trying to hit a couple deadlines this month. Working on a new novella that will be made into an animated film this year. Exciting stuff but also how am I ever going to get it done?

It’s one of those mornings. No one talk to me until I have my coffee…Hit snooze too many times and rolled out of bed with a headache. But kept my workout streak going with an easy treadmill walk. Now about to have my first cup of coffee. All will be fine in a moment. #5amWritersClub

I really wanted to stay in bed this morning but need to get a few sample pages written for the next novelization project, a musical. Met with the screenwriter last week and his enthusiasm for the project was contagious. I hope I do the story justice. 🎶🎥✍️

Excited to share this news. I novelized another script and the book should be published sometime closer to Christmas! Filming for the movie starts Saturday and I have a small part in the movie! The film comes out in 2026, it’s a Christmas love story, titled Emma’s Christmas. #5amWritersClub

Just over here trying to figure out how to make the most out of this busy day. Going to focus on what brings me joy for #5amWritersClub. Making space to write when there are other distractions pulling at me is either an act of kindness or rebellion. Either way my writing time is necessary.
