A photo of the Yerba Buena Gardens. Food stands are set up with picnic tables
FYI for folks at homeβthe gardens arenβt blocked off. Now that setupβs complete, the barriers are behind the food stands for health/safety reasons.
The area will stay open the rest of the day after lunch wraps up.

Well, the cat is asleep on my chest while Iβm lying on the couch, so I guess thatβs what Iβm doing today!
Yeah, reloaded my last save and made the other choice. Thankful it was that simple to change course - that first ending was pretty bleak and anticlimactic.
Reloaded the last save and got a much more satisfying ending π Game was awesome! And as someone who played the hell out of RE2 on the original PS, those nostalgic bits really hit, I think.
Overall, I loved it. Yeah, parts of the second half were probably outstayed their welcome. But there were some brilliant moments in there at the same time.
Literally rolling the credits as I read this
OK, pretty sure I didnβt get the βgoodβ ending to Resident Evil Requiem ππ
RE2 was the first one I truly fell in love with and played exhaustively. And the original MGS was so instructional to my tastes today.

OK, here's my nine-games thing!
So, in launching a huge bombing campaign on Iran they apparently didn't plan for:
- Who takes over;
- Interceptor shortages from sustained drone retaliation;
- How to defend US bases in the region;
- Threats to ships in the Strait of Hormuz; and
- How to evacuate Americans with airspace closed.

This has to be the most Onionesque moment ever that doesnβt actually involve the Onion.

If America still had the rule of law, this would be the easiest prosecution ever, but we all know absolutely nothing will happen.
One thing that never gets mentioned is that Israel is the only state in the Middle East with nuclear weapons and it has refused to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
The same Israel carrying out a genocide in Gaza that has unlimited support from the US.
Yet Iran is the "rogue state".
Okay so let me get this straight, a oligarch country that elected a suspected pedophile & known rapist over his Christian values, and an illegally nuclear genocidal apartheid nation that keeps electing war criminals to do war crimes, those are the good guys because they bombed a primary girls school
A United States senator from the president's own party, one who serves on the Select Committee on Intelligence and the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, has no idea what's going on as America goes to war with Iran.

Resident Evil Requiem rules. Iβm not very far in yet but the Grace portions so far are brilliant and probably the best first-person RE implementation yet. Ammo has been so scarce and it feels like it requires some real creativity to proceed at times. Itβs a lot of (terrifying) fun.
That's an incredible amount of political effort just to persecute 300 members of a disempowered class of people who have done nothing wrong and just want to be left alone to live their lives
Itβs like taking candy from a baby. Babies shouldnβt *have* candy. Itβs the right thing to do.

At the risk of moving into the discourse a 2nd time today, the fact that a lot of Americans in the replies see this as a bit of fun trash talk between rivals kind of illustrates the extent to which maybe a lot of Americans aren't reading the room in how they are viewed internationally at this point
