Spent a thoroughly enjoyable day today putting together the programme for @britishpainsoc.bsky.social 2026 annual scientific meeting in Harrogate. A great pleasure to work with such brilliant colleagues. Last time meeting at the RCoA also.
One of the central messages from the CRIISP Showcase in Oct: chronic pain affects far more than the body. It shapes identity, relationships, work, and daily life. Understanding these layers is vital for improving care and support.
