The rest all have to do with making affordable housing easy to construct and removes the Mayor's sole veto power and creates a new Affordable Housing Board to do it.

I normally wouldn't back the building of Olympic facilities, especially using State parkland to do so. But in this case, we get over twice as much new land in return.

Feels good to have a #nycmayor prospect I can actually get behind. Zohran Mamdani gives me hope and that's a first.
