Someone in Congress needs to sponsor the Pretti-Good Act of 2026. It would:
1) remove immunity from any federal agent who willfully and intentionally violates the constitutional rights of a civilian;
2) prohibit any federal agent from pretending to have a judicial warrant if they don’t, from

I worked in local government. Spending down the budget at end of fiscal year is widespread. But not spending on luxury items like they did.
