California governor says Pacific Palisades wildfire has destroyed many structures as winds kick up The blaze began shortly after the start of a Santa Ana windstorm that the National Weather service warned could be the strongest to hit Southern California in more than a decade.

My heart is with all those impacted by the #PalisadesFire. Sending strength to everyone affected and deep gratitude to the brave first responders risking their lives to keep our communities safe.
