Late, but had a lazy day today.

Since the weather was becoming nicer Rune decided to go outside and plant some flowers and other plants.

“Well I’m always in my studio is you need me.. I’ll.. I’ll see you around.” He smiled, his cheeks still blushing.

“I dunno.. she used to be. Professional boxer so.. maybe watch out for that right hook if you piss her off.” He chuckled

“Her name’s Calypso. She’s.. kind of a trouble maker. She’s about to start working for security.”

“It’s hard to explain.. I was never summoned.. but I come from the pit. Came here to look for my sister a while ago. She convinced me to stay.”

“Oh I actually wasn’t summoned..” he chuckled quietly “I guess I’m kind of a transfer ghoul..”

“I’ve been here about a year. I’m pretty good at getting around..” he smiled “but if I need help I can certainly seek you out..”

Rune glanced at the shadows for a moment before shaking Nereus’ hand “Rune” he smiled “local artist and gardener”

Runes cheeks grew just a big darker. He brushed it off just the small vines growing around his fingers and horns say otherwise. He chuckled nervously

Rune looks up and nods “you’re all good! Don’t worry about it. No broken bones, yeah?” He chuckled before looking down at the papers “oh.. man I’m sorry about that”

Coming out of his art studio specs of dry clay on his clothes

He nodded “mhm, just like those.”

“Mhm. I’m glad I could have been of service.” His tail wagged “and if you want to put anything in the pancakes sprinkle them in after you first pour the batter”

“You just gotta go low a slow” he purred softly “never rush”

He nodded “I knew you could do it.” He places a gentle hand on her back “then you just wait a little bit more time for the other side, sometimes a little less that the first”

He nodded “go ahead sweetheart.”

“Can I try?” She takes a scoop of the batter and places it onto the pan. When the top starts to bubble and the sides lift slightly is when you should flip it, honey.” He spoke softly

“It’s not that you’re not capable. You may just need to change some variables.. lower heat on the stove top definitely.”

“You need some help sunshine..?” He came over and looked over her shoulder
