Mucho a decir. Totalmente de acuerdo en que una empresa privada tiene que sacar beneficios, pero no te olvides de que ninguna de las 2 son privadas, son públicas de otros países...
También está claro que un monopolio hace subir los precios, y por eso romperlo los baja...
Tiene sentido en cuanto a ofrecer un servicio más barato. Pero obviamente viene con inconvenientes, nada que no se pudiera arreglar con unas condiciones especiales (cada tren contribuirá con una tasa fija al mantenimiento de las infraestructuras etc)
