His wife is interested because he's taking care of the baby and doing other household chores including shopping on Amazon. And he is sleep deprived but has the energy because of the coffee. Studies support that married women are more interested in sex if their husbands split chores at home.

This is one of the reasons I became a diehard fan of the NBA. Not a single major sporting event should occur right now without at least acknowledging and commemorating the victims of these horrific act.
