Nine!

I need to get back to that one. After Blue Prince I didn't feel like committing to another puzzle game straight away, but I did play the first hour or so and it seemed really interesting.

Just, yeah, it's the sort of game where I can't really take too many breaks or I start forgetting stuff.

Completely different genre, but if you like taking notes, Blue Prince had me covering entire pages with clues and random tidbits of information. End result looks like the ramblings of a crazy person, but it was a blast.

I always enjoy a good "keep a pen and paper near you" gaming experience.

Missing Piece - A Miles Prower Comic PART 1 - Cover

It's still really primitive, so I'll get back to it and make it look better over time. For now, this is enough, and a much easier way to read the whole thing from the beginning.

You make SO many comics so often, and they look super professional, too. I struggle really hard with basic things like posing and lineart, and I take so long, too!

I'm always very impressed with people who can do all that so well and so fast.

Made a cover for Missing Piece (about time).

I wanted it to be a cover just for Part 1 of the comic but I can't decide on a name right now.

Man I played so much Picross DS when I was younger. Never thought it'd be the kind of game I'd like, seeing as I'm not big into Sudoku and the like.

But idk, it's just so relaxing. Let my brain go on autopilot for a few minutes and get a nice little pixel art gif as a reward.

So nice.

I personally think you got the right idea for Sonic. He tends to keep it all inside and not show weakness very often. If he had to cry (if SEGA allowed him), he'd probably want to do it in secret. Just the kind of guy he is.

Well we've already talked on Tumblr, it seems if someone else initiates the conversation, then I'm in the clear. So we can still talk over there if needed.

Although ngl, I'm terrified of using DMs at all now lol

Yeah it really sucks. I want to like Tumblr so bad, it seems like a fantastic site for what I do, but it doesn't seem to like me back.

I don't know. I can't even test safely, so I'm probably just never gonna try to send a DM on Tumblr again. One attempt is all it takes; it's not like I keep pressing "Send" or anything.

No clue. I can RECEIVE DMs, and I've received some, and once I do, I can talk normally. But if I try to initiate, it says "Could not send".

So I've been testing to see if that changes, just one message a day pretty much, see if it sends. NEVER would've imagined this would get me into trouble.

So yeah @thetailsguy.bsky.social if you have anywhere else I can contact you so we can talk about that font thing, that'd be nice, because Tumblr isn't having it. That's gonna get my account terminated at this rate.

For whatever reason I was in the middle of a big surge of activity, too, I guess one of my posts had hit the algorithm in the right way. So... that's over, naturally. I'm not one to care for numbers going up that much, but it still sucks. I want people to see my stuff!

Tumblr got restricted again.

I THINK I know why now: I think it's because I tried to send a DM to someone. That's it.

My DMs don't send, so once a day, I've been trying to send one message to someone I know, to see if it worked now. And I guess that's all it takes for Tumblr to think I'm spamming.

I really don't know what to think, personally. In some regards I feel it'd be a bit of a cop-out if it was "just" Mimic, and jokes about AI aside, I'd be shocked if it's Neo Metal Sonic lol, not really his style.

I'm hooked though! It's been a fun series to follow.

I really think it was just the VPN, but obviously I'm also terrified of being too active now, so I'll keep it slow. I'm also still unable to DM anyone, so that's a little annoying, but oh well.
