I don't know for certain, but the grainy lines and soulless dead eyes are really pushing me towards believing this image is generative AI...

Damn shame, the remix is great. I guess this is what happens when half your artists get laid off any good modern work is contracted.

This is a large pixel art piece that is a crossover between the Super Mario Bros franchise and One Piece. The going merry has been shrunk down and now has a Yoshi head as the figurehead with Mario at the front of the ship, he is dressed as Luffy in an excited pose ready for adventure. Toad has elements of Tony Tony Chopper and is fishing a giant Cheep Cheep. There is also a Goonie bird from Yoshi Island dressed as a the News Coo.
