Didn't he make it a policy so he could veto Wiener's SB 127 because "we don't need a law when we have a policy?"

Just emailed my representatives @catherinestefani.bsky.social and @scottwiener.bsky.social to ask them to fire Vinay Prasad for moral turpitude and ban hiring any other Trump appointees in our state. It only takes a minute!

Beautiful sunny day to visit a bunch of playgrounds in SSF.
California absolutely needs a bill to ban universities and schools from hiring Trump officials just like the one for ICE.

John Henry said to his scrum master: "hey now, captain, why don't you sprint?"

This one supports all the music notation used in the Zeitlin books; if there's an open/public domain Recorder method book, please let me know because I'd love to type that up (and support any missing notation).
I'm pretty amazed at how good low-complexity Sonnet 4.6 is. It's not perfect; its code can be pretty boilerplate sometimes, but it can debug most problems I had and it never got stuck in a loop where it couldn't figure its way out (I hit this all the time with Cline last spring).
So agents did all of the tests (including Storybook & visual diffs), localizations into 14 languages (hopefully decent, but I know machine translations can have issues), a11y audits, scale generation, recorder-type detection, GitHub action setup, and a whole bunch of other features with supervision.
A few weeks ago, I had the skeleton of ABC format parsing, music playback, and note detection implemented, but it was pretty rough. It wasn't until I started using Antigravity (a bit) and Claude Code (much more) that I really started to get features and polish put together.
(After starting I learned there are some pretty good existing ones like Tonestro, but they're iOS/Android apps and they charge.)
I started (trying) to play recorder during COVID and last year I started to play around with the idea of writing a simple web app that lets you hear (or check your playing) of simple songs.

Map showing bar graphs of all major CA reservoirs. Most of them are above or at historical averages for the date.
Most reservoirs are running at or above historical averages thanks to that science. A decade ago they wouldn't have been able to retain so much water this late in the season. But since forecast error went from 33% to 3% with lidar, we can hold onto more drops now!

I imagine the hardest part of this project was having to kill God so that you'd be unhampered by divine intervention stopping you from bringing this affront to the natural order to fruition.
hallo, I am hiring again! - SF Digital Services is looking for a new Engineering Director careers.sf.gov/role/?id=374...

Got briefly excited about the World Cup being in the US, but then I looked it up and it's $435+ a person to see Qatar vs Switzerland in San Jose.
@scottwiener.bsky.social @catherinestefani.bsky.social This man should never be able to be employed at a UC ever again. Please support AB1627 and please amend it to include any political appointee from the Trump administration.
I thought San Francisco planning was so dysfunctional they hadn't completed a new general plan since the '70s?

LOL, the California Apartment Association sent out flyers thanking @catherinestefani.bsky.social for killing a tenant protection bill.
If they shut down the SSF and Colma stations, when I get RTOed and I'm forced to buy a car I'm going to drive 20 miles an hour everywhere and lay on the horn constantly.
Looks like it's changed a bit in the last couple years: bsky.app/profile/sand...
