To put a finer point on it: it's about as good as an ok new grad. Its output almost never works, it doesn't display much good judgement, but it's a decent starting point. Probably good for boilerplate work, a lot like software.
The design and documentation for the Open Standard Module are really well done. I normally prefer connectorized SOMs over LGAs, but I could be swayed.
