France, Italy, Canada, Australia, Germany, S Korea, Japan, Spain and others already have a version of this policy. UK currently is an outlier.

And there is nothing in this “agreement” that the EU will find difficult when it comes to renegotiating or expanding the TCA.

If there is to be a cap on immigration then would the government also have a floor or minimum level of emigration?
