I remember reading in a book about the creation of Netflix that they were very concerned about Blockbuster entering the rent by mail market. Similar subscription price, and you can either wait for your movies to arrive via mail, or go to their ubiquitous locations. With Netflix you could only wait.

1.I think around that time a study was published where Budweiser Frogs had had Bugs Bunny's level of recognition amongst kids and they correctly had assosiated it with beer. It was understandable for Bud to cool the frogs down for a while
