Like that could sometimes mean it is completely gluten free and they are doing everything to avoid cross contamination but just don’t want to be sued, OR it could mean they don’t really pay attention to cross contamination and it’s made in the same fryer or on the same surfaces as gluten items…

It’s all on stupid restaurant menus and I think it’s just because they don’t want to get in trouble if there are trace amounts from cross contamination, but alsooo please just label more clearly and explain bc if I can’t eat anything there I want to know before I go!

Petition to stop saying “Gluten Friendly” and “Gluten Aware” and “Gluten Cautious” like is it gluten free or not????? Are you doing your best to make this celiac safe or just less gluten for those who are just dieting???? This is not helpful labelling and I’m stressed
