okay so the great thing about nobody reading this at all is that nobody cares what’s going on with me lol so last night i had to call an ambulance to my house, thought i was having a heart attack, even almost lost consciousness and they had to air bag me….turns out it was just extreme anxiety…(1/3)
HOLY HELL FINALLY GOT AN INTERVIEW FOR A NEW JOB!!! i used to work for a e scooter rental company but because its seasonal (very snowy in canada lol) i needed something else, and while this job isn’t exactly very fun sounding, the pay is good and i can finally gain some stability again! WOOOOOO
thinking about it, once i tackle one problem at a time, unless of course there is a crucial time component to it, i will be able to stick with it a lot easier, and after all of that, my best choice is to look into anxiety medication lol so yeah, this has been zeg’s journal, entry 1, happy reading :3

it got to the point where i had so many appointments for like every spot on my body, like i had to go to a breathing specialist which apparently was important for the diagnosis? idk maybe there’s an obvious reason for it? but im just a dog lol but yeah, regardless of my past experiences…(4/?)
and like one of my fears has been having to load myself up on meds, which if someone requires a lot of medication that’s not something to be ashamed of! it’s more like…for lack of a better term: trauma. growing up, getting diagnosed with adhd was a MASSIVE hassle for me…(3/?)
that don’t really require the amount of stress or thought that i give it can trigger massive anxious breaks for me. and i mean, yeah sometimes people can get lost in their head over things that may seem not-worthy-of-thought or something of the sort, but it’s happened sooooo much to me lately…(2/?)
