Mom & I went to protest in Dolores Park today. My picture doesn't do it justice - the park was full of people, despite it being a workday.
It felt good to be out with my fellow San Franciscans rejecting state terror. This is a country of immigrants and rule of law, and we are the better for it.
Just watched a Zoox run a red light at 18th and Valencia. I see them do weird stuff all the time. This company is not ready for prime time!
Is there a sensitive ecosystem right there?
But also, @sfbayferry.com, why do you go by the marina instead of the other way around Brooks Island? It's SO SLOW for the last 20 minutes or so and feels like a fundamentally unserious approach to what could be a transformative & low carbon way to cross large distances quickly.

Peeved at the medical system never believing I'm not pregnant.
I said I'm definitely 100% not pregnant, but:
I still had to pay out of pocket for a pregnancy test prior to getting my IUD replaced.
And I still had to give an exact date for my last period prior to my mammogram.
Just believe me.

I 'played' one of their 'games' recently. It felt more like an interesting exercise.
And yet: we need to get better at solving hard problems, and linear expert driven plans aren't cutting it.
So I wonder if exercises or games might be part of the puzzle, alongside people's assemblies or whatever?

Trump just quietly erased guidance that told hospitals they had to save pregnant women's lives.
That's right—they don't care how many women die or are forced into health crises to advance their anti-abortion agenda.

The Trump Administration is proposing to subtract about $166 billion in funding for international programs, housing assistance, health care, education, research, and more—while adding $164 billion in funding for the Defense Department and immigration enforcement.

In light of a 4 teen girls killed in a tragic crash last week, along with another 2 teen boys seriously injured last year in nearly the same spot, residents have introduced a petition to close San Geronimo Valley Road to car traffic.
