A beautiful day in the Mojave Desert on 11/25/2025.

Women are given less opportunity than men. I worked for years as a commercial real estate appraiser. About 80 percent in the field were men. I used to hate that I was called a "woman appraiser" and the men were just appraisers. Women are held back just because of their gender from birth.

It is not sustainable but it does not provide much info.

Automation has played a big part in the shift. Now we are just seeing the impact of AI on healthcare. They are using AI to assist now in healthcare but that is just training it to take over many tasks.

The whole idea of a 40 hour work week has to change.

The monarch caterpillars stripped the narrowleaf milkweed and are now gone. I grew 11 plants from seed and counted 12 caterpillars at one point. The caterpillars are gone and new leaves are growing on the plants now.
